Since 1.12.2006 the German transmission system operators procure the minute reserve via a shared IT-platform. Since 1.12.2007 this platform has also been used to tender in primary and secondary control power.

Tendering results minute reserve before 01.08.2001
On the basis of all bids submitted for the respective period, Amprion has awarded the contracts for the supply of minute reserve after having examined the bids from economic and technical perspectives.
The power prices relate to the specified tendering procedure. In case of positive minute reserve Amprion refunds the energy price for the delivered energy to the bidder whereas in case of negative minute reserve the bidder has to pay Amprion the energy price for the obtained energy.
