Tendering Procedure of Grid Losses for delivery period 2010

According to the specification of the Bundesnetzagentur Amprion GmbH will provide all information in terms of number of lots, amount of energy and structure of each lot three weeks before each tender date at the latest.

The current tender procedures take place on:

  2. 17th of April 2009

  3. 5th of May 2009

  4. 28th of May 2009

  5. 18th of August 2009

  6. 2nd of September 2009

  7. 8th of September 2009

  8. 16th of September 2009

  9. 22nd of September 2009

  10. 28th of September 2009

  11. 12th of October 2009

  12. 27th of October 2009

  13. 3rd of November 2009

  14. 13th of November 2009

The yearly amount of grid losses of Amprion which is procured by tender procedures is structured into particular lots for each delivery period. The amount and structure of each profile may vary between tender dates.

Amprion will provide the profile of each lot three weeks before each tender date at the latest as an Excel-file (e.g. „Profile-Grid-Losses-2010_Part-1.xls“ for the first tender date of the delivery period 2010). In the same manner Amprion will make the individual offer-file (e.g. „2010_TEN_NETLOSSES-P_11XYOUR-EIC-CODE_10XDE-RWENET---W_01.xls“) for each tender date available on the website for download. The letter P within the filename describes the number of each tender (Part). Please find further details concerning the filename within the Excel-File.

Furthermore please find on our website a draft of the electricity supply contract (Stromliefervertrag) to be used.

A prerequisite for participating in the call for tender process is the existence of a valid balance group or subgroup of the participant in the Amprion control area. Insofar the participant is not a balance responsible entity himself the participant has to bring forward a document in which the balance responsible entity obligates himself to the full extent towards the participant to handle the delivery of the loss energy to Amprion via his balancing group. The delivery has to be carried out according to the balancing group contract concluded between the balance responsible entity and Amprion.
