Tender EEG (renewables) reserve

Amprion GmbH requires reserves for the reconciliation of EEG, the afore mentioned EEG energy reserve achievement. Since March 2007 Amprion has decided to cover its requirements for  EEG reserves using the model of  open tender. In the current tender of  EEG Reserves, at a value of +100/-200 MW (current core portion of +/- 0 MW) for the period 01.12.2010 to 31.12.2010 any bidders can participate, who as a balance responsible party in the control area of Amprion operates as a balance group or an adverse balance group. If the bidder is not a balance responsible party, an allocation authorization of a balance responsible party in the Amprion control area is to be submitted, in that itself the balance responsible party,  is the bidder. To the full-extent completion of the supply of EEG reserve at Amprion over his balance group expressly obligates the bidder.

The lodging of tenders; the period ends 17.11.2010 at 09.00 o'clock; the assignment takes place on the basis of a mixed calculation, based on work and achievement costs, whereby one is considered on basis of the EEG reserve operation assignment of the previous years determined average work quantity. In addition the optimization takes place under a secondary condition the coverage of a core portion within the Amprion control area.

The assignment decision is given to the bidders in writing as a fax confirmation 17.11.2010 at 13.00 o'clock.

Following the assignment process the appropriate dispatch takes place with acceptance of a tender which is supported by a valid signed frame agreement or the corresponding single tender contract.
