Structure of the worksheets
Breakdown of columns in the sheets EXTERN and INTERN

In the "Info" worksheet, the sender can enter general information about the schedule he or she has sent off.
The data and sender must be entered in line 1.
Text of any kind can be entered in line 2.
There are no restrictions on the use of diacritical marks (e.g. ä, ö, ü) in this sheet.
Breakdown of columns in the sheets EXTERN and INTERN
The two sheets EXTERN and INTERN have a different structure than the INFO sheet.
In these worksheets columns "A" and "B" are predefined areas. The sender may not make any alterations to the text provided in these columns.
The adjoining columns on the right ("C" to "IV") are data columns. The schedule values are to be entered in these columns. Please follow the instructions for filling out the forms (Chapter 3).

Structure of a data column
A data column in the worksheets has the following structure:
|
1 |
Date |
1 |
Date for which the schedule is to be valid. |
|
2 |
Adress |
2 - 8 |
Name of control zones and balance responsible entities involved, name of sender or supervisor of a balance responsible entity and version |
|
3 |
Remarks |
9 - 14 |
Enter additional information agreed (e.g. for billing purposes) with the particular transmission grid operator (German abbreviation: ÜNB) |
|
4 |
Values |
18 - 133 |
Schedule values for the specified date. |
The areas 1, 2 and 4 are identical for each transmission grid operator.
In areas 3 (Remarks), in contrast, the type and number of entries made for a specific company may vary: for example, codes for billing purposes may be entered here.
Address area of a data column
The address area of a data column can be divided into three parts:
The first 4 lines (lines 2 to 5) make up the first part in which the control zones and balance responsible entities involved in the energy transaction are named. The specifications for this part are described in greater detail in the descriptions for the sheets EXTERN and INTERN.
The second part, line 7 is for information on the sender. The sender entered here must be entitled to issue schedules for one of the specified balance responsible entities.
In the third part, a version number is entered. This version number starts at 1 again every day and is assigned separately for every data column. Every time a change is made, this number is increased by one.

"EXTERN" Sheet
Energy transactions across control zones or national boundaries are entered in the worksheet "EXTERN".
The control zones from which the energy has been taken and into which it is being delivered are entered in the fields "From control zone" and "To control zone", respectively.
The balance responsible entities or supervisors of balance responsible entities affected by this transaction are entered in the fields "from balance responsible entity" and "to balance responsible entity". To minimize errors, energy transactions across control zones should be carried out via the balance responsible entity of the same trader or the same supervisor of a balance responsible entity.
"INTERN" Sheet
Energy transactions taking place inside a control zone are entered in the "INTERN" worksheet.
In this sheet, the information in the fields "From control zone" and "To control zone" must be identical and must contain the name of the control zone to which the schedule was sent.
The balance responsible entities or supervisors of balance responsible entities affected by this transaction are entered in the fields "from balance responsible entity" and "to balance responsible entity".
