Range of German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) levy and EEG medium-term forecast

In accordance with Art. 3 Para. 3 of the German Equalisation Scheme Execution Ordinance (AusglMechAV), transmission network operators are obliged to provide a forecast for the realistic range of the EEG levy for the year after next and to publish this forecast by the 15 November of every year.

Furthermore, the transmission network operators are obliged to draw up a forecast for the following five calendar years and to publish this forecast in accordance with Art. 3 Para. 4 of the AusglMechAV.
