A power station that supplies electric power to several balance responsible entities is viewed as a (fictitious) balance responsible entity.

The transaction total between the power station and the balance responsible entities involved is reported to the transmission grid operator. The schedule is reported by all of the balance responsible entities involved; this allows the transmission grid operator to check the congruency of the reported schedules.
