Instructions for filling out the EXTERN and INTERN sheets

One form per calendar day.

Text entries must not contain any diacritical marks (e.g. ä, ö, ü).

The data areas must be filled out from left to right without any empty columns.

All of the schedules to be named consist of exactly one total schedule. The direction is not identified by using a plus or minus sign but by the information "from control zone", "to control zone", "from balance responsible entity" and "to balance responsible entity". If both directions occur in a total schedule, a schedule is reported for each direction. At any given time, only one of these two schedules can be different from zero.

All values must be given in "MW" and rounded off to 3 digits after the decimal point.

No empty cells may be given in the value area of a data column. The values must always be >= 0.

Equations are to be deleted from the schedules before they are sent off.

h

It´s absolutely necessary to use only the appreviations of the VDN. Starting from 01.04.03 it's necessary to use only the EIC-Codes.
