Communication
The sender of a schedule email receives an active confirmation from the recipient that the latter has received the message. Without this confirmation the message is considered "not received". In this case the sender must contact our Front Office (Fon: +49 2234/85-3301 to -3304) to discuss the further action to be taken.
Every email message must include a clear-cut identification in the reference line in the following form:
- YYYYMMDD_[Trader Name]_[ÜNB]_VV
Where:
- YYYYMMDD
- Date the schedule is sent off
- [Trader name]
- Short name for the trader. This name is assigned by a central location.
- [ÜNB]
- Short name of the transmission grid operator
- VV
- Version of the schedule sent off. Starts at 1 every day.
These name conventions can also be used for the file names of the attached schedule files.
