Grid Charges

Charges for the Amprion GmbH transmission grid usage since 01.01.2010

The Amprion GmbH grid charges are based on a revenue cap (allowed revenues) which is determined for each network company in accordance with the incentive regulation act which was put into practice on January 1st, 2009. Once the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency) has determined the revenue cap network companies are able to calculate their grid charges.

With notification dated March 16th 2009 the Federal Network Agency has determined the revenue cap for the first time. Amprion is going to adjust the revenue cap and as a result to transfer it into grid charges to the 1st of January due to § 4 para. 3 respectively § 34 para. 1 AregV.

The grid charges of the Amprion GmbH are based on § 17 ARegV (regulation on incentive regulation).
