5. Dealing with competing grid feed-in requests

Competing feed-in requests exist if qualified feed-in requests are addressed to Amprion and these affect each other in grid terms in such a way that not all feed-in requests can be implemented or subordinate inquiries with lower priorities lead to higher connection costs in relation to those inquiries which have been received earlier and have therefore been given priority.

In the event of a competing situation, Amprion will, if this has not already been carried out, issue a capacity commitment to the feed-in request with temporal priority without consideration of the competing inquiries, if the prerequisites in accordance with number B.3 are met.

If the capacity commitment issued to the first prospect lapses, it can no longer claim priority over the competing feed-in request.

The parties affected by a competing situation will be informed in anonymous form regarding competing feed-in requests.
