3. Capacity commitment

On submission of the feasibility study results, Amprion will issue the prospect with a capacity commitment.

The capacity commitment guarantees the grid concept examined in the feasibility study to the prospect. The capacity commitment lapses if the basis of the feed-in request is no longer given.

The prospect will inform Amprion of the current status of the basis of the feed-in request following the issue of the capacity commitment and then subject to the occasion.
